What we search for
We run retained searches for Clinical-Director level and above, only. If a role sets clinical direction, owns quality across a region or company, or reports to ownership, it is in scope:
- Clinical Director / Regional Clinical Director
- VP or Director of Clinical Services / Clinical Operations
- Chief Clinical Officer and other C-suite clinical leadership
- Founding clinical leaders for new markets and de-novo expansion
We do not staff RBT or line-BCBA roles. Staff-level capacity is a training problem, not a search problem — the Training Partner Program solves it faster and cheaper than any recruiter can.
Why retained, not contingency
Contingency recruiting floods you with resumes and hopes one sticks — nobody owns the outcome. Retained search is the opposite: you engage us for a specific leadership seat, we commit our full process to it, and every placement carries our replacement guarantee — which has never been triggered.
