Refund and Returns Policy

Since ABA Business Growth offers non-tangible products, we do not issue refunds on digital items once the order is processed and the product download link is sent/the product has been added to the customer’s profile.

In the case of mailing issues with your email provider, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date. Reporting product non-delivery beyond the 7 days allotment will not be honored.

Cancellations and refund requests on training products are as follows:

  • Single webcasts, Training Libraries, and CEU Bundles – cancellations and refunds are honored within 7 days of purchase. Cancellations and refunds will not be honored beyond the 7 days allotment.
  • Live webinars – cancellations and refunds are honored within 7 days of purchase.
  • Online Courses – cancellations and refunds are honored within 7 days of purchase, given that the course has not yet passed training module #2.

Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used when placing your order.

ABA Business Growth offers store credits on a case-to-case basis.
